The Body Shop Born Lippy (Reviews)

Oh, i just can't live without lip balm. I really hate chappy lips. So when my Lip Ice balm finished, i went insane and decided to go out and buy another lip ice. So i went to Midvalley and i was attracted to go to The Body Shop.  They got crazy sale that time, buy 3 items get 20% off! Cool isn't it. I was being typical me, distracted by the discounts. And my search began. I found a body polish (Very sweet smell!) and a perfume for my partner. Then the SA approached me, introducing me to the Born Lippy Balm. Woahh, I was sooooooo in love with the strawberry scent! And so i bought it and used it religiously every few hours! Couldn't get enough strawberry smells! XD

But then, I lost it! Most probably i forgot it in my scrubs! I hate scrub suit! Then, right after i finished work, i persuade my beloved partner to bring me to Body Shop! Lucky me, they still on sale! So i grabbed 2 born lippies! Strawberry and lychee! (Wow, long intro!)

And here's the review:

1) The body Shop Born Lippy Stick (LOL) Strawberry

Texture:
Smooth buttery stick that glide on your lips!

Smell:
LOVE it! Strawberry scented. You can smell it right after you open the tube, while applying it and after! How cool is that!

I found it:

• Very moisturizing. Keep your lips soft for 3-4 hours. I found myself keep on applying this balm every couple hours though!
•  Slightly add color your lip. Give you a sheer pink tint.
• Keeping your lips looking healthy with subtle shine
• Smells like strawberry (I said that like 10x already!). But naahh, no strawberry taste whatsoever. :(
• Not greasy or waxy. Feels very light on lips.
• Very handy, it comes in sticks. You can bring it anywhere and apply it without mess.
• Not as cheap as my regular lip ice lip balm, but i'll definitely repurchase it!

Verdict: I love this balm. Enough said!

2) The Body Shop Born Lippy (SHHH) Lychee

Texture: Same with the strawberry one. But this one comes with shimmers.

Smell: This one smells like lychee. Yes, another nice sweet smell that make me raved over and over again.

I found it:

• Have shimmers on it. Will give you lips go bling-bling! Lol.. 
• Will give your lips very subtle light pink color.
• moisturizing all the way!
• Not greasy or waxy.

Verdict: I love the strawberry one more! I'm not really into shimmers. I looked pale when wearing this balm. (I'm not fair skinned girl).

Overall:
Great lip balms! I wanna try the others as well but i won't try the toffee one. I did try to smell the testers. And the toffee one smells, well like toffee. but not a delicious one!
