Just one tiny adjustment in your life. Workout! Don't fret at that word yet coz you don't need a gym to do this. It will only take 10 mins with no equipment.
Right after you wake up, jump out of the bed and give your body a nice stretch. Put your arms together above your head and stretch to the left and stretch to the right for few times, making sure each sides ate equally stretched. Take your interlocked fingers to the front, stretch your back and put your arms up to your head again. Repeat few times. Remember to breath. Inhale to start, exhale when you stretch. Stretch your legs as well few times. After staying rigid all night, your body need a good stretch.
Now, stand up right and get ready for a quick good morning workout!
30 jumping jacks
20 squats
10 burpees
10 pushups
20 regular crunches
1 minute plank
Give yourself a 30 sec rest in between each exercises. Repeat the whole set whenever you are ready.
That simple. BELIEVE ME, you will feel more refreshed and energetic afterward. In longer run, you can be healthier. Your body will thank you too.Now, off you go to the shower. Sing some happy song. Have a good breakfast after that. A positive start can make a good day!
Oh ya, another tip for healthy body. Drink a glass (or two) water right after you wake up (before the workout) to jumpstart your metabolism.
