So my first post after long hiatus is about a fantastic foot scrub from Bodyshop. It's a peppermint oil infused pumice volcanic rock salt foot scrub that leaves your sore and tired feet refreshed and smoother.
I got this scrub at a bargain price RM10.50 (SALE SEASON! 70% OFF) at KLIA2 branch. Normal price is RM39.90.
After a long day on my feet, i decided to give the scrub a try.
Texture: i expected it to be rough but at the first touch, it felt rather velvety. When scrubbing, the rock salt does feel a little bit rough like it should be. It also lathered a little that the salt glided smoothly. Make sense? No? Yes? Well i hope you do. It's not like your typical rough sea salt scrub that you can feel the salt everywhere when you scrub. It's more like creamy soft soap with lots of volcanic rock salt beads that exfoliates. Yup volcanic rock salt. Cool huh?
Scent: Peppermint. Yum. My first reaction when i scooped the scrub was "it smells like peppermint icecream. Yum!" I am a crazy peppermint ice cream lover. Topped with dark chocolate ice cream and chocolate chip. Yummmmm.... ok, back to the point. So it smells like peppermint. It smells fresh. It is also cooling because this scrub is not only scented with peppermint, it is INFUSED with peppermint oil. I can assure you, your tired feet after long day working will appreciate this cooling minty refreshing peppermint infused foot scrub. Not only you got the benefit of scrub, your feet will also feel like they had been massaged.
Verdict: The pumice volcanic rock salt really does the job. It exfoliates and takes off the flaky dull dead skin and leaves your feet smoother and refreshed. Love love love. I will definitely buy this again even at normal price.
