The goodness of Apple Cider Vinegar!

Apple cider vinegar (ACV) is a well known health enhancing vinegar.  I am crazy about au natural remedy for health and ACV is one of the natural stuffs i used and absolutely love.  From vinaigrette in salads, healthier substitute for white artificial vinegar in cooking, detox water, facial toner, on the spot treatment for pimples and the list goes on.

Believe it or not, ACV can help to lose some extra pounds just by drinking it once daily.  Just mix 2 tablespoon of ACV into a glass of cold water or fruit juices (if you can't stand the smell or taste) and drink it before breakfast to get rid of the toxins in your body and enhance your metabolism rate.  It can also help in digesting food.  I am one of the rare species that can handle the ACV detox water without complaining about the smell or taste and it tasted good for me actually.  However, please drink this with straw.  It is rather acidic for your teeth and enamels.

I always use ACV as on the spot treatment for pimples.  It can help by shrinking the pimples and lighten up the redness.  Just dab the ACV with cotton buds on the pimples and leave it overnight.  The next morning, you can see the difference.

Have an unwanted mole? You can get rid of it with ACV too! Bandage a small cut of cotton soaked with acv on the mole and leave it overnight but make sure to apply Vaseline on the skin around the mole or it can burn your skin and leave a white spot.  I tried it with a raised facial mole (i hate my moles!). I am not patient enough to do it for a week straight so the mole did not really gone. Most of it peeled off and i am left with a faint flat mole instead. I am quite satisfied though coz i didn't do it religiously for a week but it still gave me a wonderful result.

For other purposes, i am seriously getting lazy to type it here (and partly because i have not tried it yet).  However, there is a lot of videos as well as beauty blogs that elaborate in details about the multipurpose of ACV.

Thanks for reading my lazy blog post though. If you are going to try any of the tips, good luck!

Disclamer: The 3 tips i wrote is based on my experience.  Remember, everyone is different.
